PINDAB is here to help youth explore what is possible, build useful skills and connect with opportunities that can support where they want to go next. This page brings together programs, leadership opportunities, creative projects, career information, money skills, resources and real-world information designed mainly for teens and young adults.

Whether you are trying to figure out what kind of career might fit you, looking for ways to build experience, interested in turning a skill into income, searching for programs or opportunities, or just trying to make better choices for your future, this is a place to start. You do not have to have everything figured out already. PINDAB is about helping you explore your options, learn what is available and build from what you already have.

You will also find information about different careers, skills employers look for, education and training paths, leadership, money, community opportunities and other resources that may be useful as you get older and start making more decisions for yourself.

Explore. Learn. Build skills. Find opportunities. Figure out your next move.
